Bingen, WA We do require weekend and evening availability from our Spa Team General Overview:
Spa Attendants are responsible for welcoming and checking in all visitors into the Spa & Bathhouse, giving them an overview on how the facility is set up.
The Spa & Bathhouse consists of 3 hydrotherapy pools along with our dry cedar sauna.
Frequent movement throughout the facility is a must to oversee the cleanliness and ensure all guests are satisfied with their experience.
This includes filling up drinks and offering fresh towels.
The position requires someone with excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and provide great customer service.
Other tasks include replying to emails, correspondence with front desk staff, creating/editing reservations, etc.

Major Duties:
-Greet all guests that visit the Spa and give them a tour of the amenities along with guidelines for spa usage.
Check in guests, ensuring that all guests are aware of time limits.
-Answer questions from guests and visitors regarding Spa passes, hours and facilities.
-Make appointments via our scheduling program and answer phone calls.
-Serve beverages, snacks and sell products from our retail store.
-Maintain workplace cleanliness -Building and maintaining good customer relations, and maintaining customer loyalty.
-Maintain a tidy and clean pool area; this includes frequent emptying of towel hampers and stocking towels for guest use.
Assist with laundry duties of Spa linens.
-Sanitize bathrooms, grooming rooms and wet areas as per the standards set by Hotel Management.
-Assume responsibility for opening and closing the Spa at designated times.
-Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize waste.
-Ability to work in a high pace environment efficiently and effectively, keeping in mind and anticipating the needs of the customer and your co-workers at all times.
-Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
Minor Duties:
-Estimate food and beverage needs and inform manager when it seems an item is low.
-Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen and spa equipment.
-Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing demeanor.
-Must possess excellent and diplomatic communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
-Keeps Managers and Owners promptly and fully informed of all issues (i.
e.
problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events) and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative course of action.
Pay starts at $17/hour
tips (tips average an additional $2-$4 an hour).
