Looking for a great opportunity with a company that is truly on the move? We seek candidates with ten (10) or more years experience and strong working knowledge of the government and commercial contracting process for the role of Contracts Specialist 4. In this role you will validate customer requirements and review proposal elements. You will oversee internal proposal development activities for high risk transactions. You will review and approve internal responses and final proposal documents to include statement of work, contract terms and conditions, technical elements, schedule and pricing. You will resolve content deficiencies. You will monitor for process/regulation conformance and take mitigating actions.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and ten (10) or more years experience working knowledge of government and commercial contracting process that includes working knowledge of US Government procurement regulations, Uniform Contract format, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFAR). Must have at least ten (10) years experience drafting moderate to complex, non-routine contractual instruments. Must have working knowledge of corporate policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvement to establish policies. Subject matter expert on Contractual Types to include but not limited to: Advanced Agreements (Letter Contracts), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive (FPI), Time and Material (T&M); Cost Sharing, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type contracts. Must have demonstrated working level knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) laws and regulations. Must have demonstrated working level knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
