Knowledge of accident/incident prevention and environmental protection tools, program elements and tactics.
Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures.
Ability to apply complete knowledge and understanding of air vehicle systems and operations.
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering technical information (e.g., drawings, handbooks, industry standards and specifications).
Ability to conduct a failure analysis and identify potential sources of failure.
Knowledge of relevant government laws and regulations impacting the functional responsibilities.
Applies knowledge of human factor analysis and methods (e.g., usability evaluation and statistical and human error analysis) to assist in the development, test and evaluation of safe and effective user interfaces.
Knowledge of investigative techniques (e.g., pathology, witness statements, photography, site layout, observation).
The ability to achieve desired outcomes on projects, on-time and within budget. Ability to define the project, design and plan the project, and manage the project team. Ability to control and deliver project deliverables, project accounting and appraisal, and optimize the contribution of the people involved.
6-9 years with Bachelor's degree or 4-7 years with Master's degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
