Functional Support Specialist 2 (CONTRACT)

Qualifications
Required:
Basic understanding of expense reporting and accounting
High level of proficiency in MS Office software products; specifically:
Microsoft Excel 2007: create, edit, format and print basic worksheets; insert graphic objects, create templates, sort and filter data, import and export data, create and analyze data, and work with Excel on the web.
Microsoft PowerPoint 2007: create and format slides, work with tables, charts, images, objects, prepare presentations; work with design templates, diagrams, special effects, custom slide shows, collaboration functionality and advanced presentation delivery.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills and scheduling abilities.
Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with people at various levels, honoring confidentiality in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Desired:
Experience with corporate, federal, or military travel
Experience in Department of Defense Contract Support
Experience as an Operations Chief in a military aviation, naval or ground operations department
Typing skills at least 40 wpm
Current or previous HIPAA training



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
