Then our Human Resources Business Partner opportunity might be the role for you.
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with our client groups, aligning HR strategies with business goals and helping drive the greatest business impact through people. You will administer seamless execution of HR processes and programs, prepare the talent of today for the business needs of tomorrow, and champion our culture.
The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
Strong understanding of HR domains, including compensation, performance management, compliance/legal, and leadership development.
A track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to partner across all business units, develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
Tenacity and the ability to solve complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills; analytical and problem solving abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to listen well and demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for individual needs.
Ability to conduct thorough and efficient investigations; proven ability to identify, elicit and distill essential information, arrive at valid conclusions and recommend plans of action.
Capability to leverage data and predictive "people" analytics to answer questions and drive out insight that supports the business
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Education & Experience
6-9 years with Bachelor's degree or 4-7 years with Master's degree
Must have experience in multiple HR disciplines such as benefits, compensation, diversity, development, employment practices, employee relations, HRIS, organization development, relocation and staffing.
Following certificates a plus: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Professional in Human (PHR) Resources or SHRM-CP.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
